Long Okura is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we work to meet Level AA across our site.
Measures we take
To support accessibility, our website includes:
- Semantic HTML structure with a single main heading per page, labeled landmarks, and a “skip to main content” link.
- Full keyboard operability, a visible keyboard focus indicator, and focus management for menus and dialogs.
- Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images, and text equivalents for icons and ratings.
- Color contrast that meets WCAG 2.1 AA for text and interactive controls.
- Respect for the “reduce motion” operating-system preference, and a pause control for any auto-moving content.
- Automated accessibility testing (axe-core, WCAG 2.1 AA) run against every page as part of our development process.
Known limitations
Some third-party content that we embed — such as the online scheduling calendar and location maps — is provided by outside services, and its accessibility is partly outside our control. If any of these prevents you from completing a task, please contact us using the details below and we will help you directly.
