I need a good Attorney to modify my Divorce Degree.
My children have been victims of mental and verbal abuse for many years. My two girls are 14 and 13 and they do not want to see Dad for the whole summer which is what the degree states. My girls have gotten older and they both our involved in lots of activities. They both are 4.0 students and have a lot of opportunities in this coming year to be on the Dance team, cheerleader. My 13 year old is already on a Dance team with a private studio, and she will be competing in June, but Dad wont let her stay and finish. He lives in Texas.. It’s really sad to see them get off the phone, because there Dad has really know clue how much these thing matter to them. They will cry for hours, and to make it worse, he will tell them to tell me stuff because he wont talk to me at all. He has such a bad attitude about every thing and It’s affecting the girls life. I have tried time and time to speak with there father about these things but he will not listen. He just calls me a whore and all kind of other names. When the girls are with him, he makes them pee in cups. And he will tell them that the doctor needs it, when it’s really for him self to pass drug tests… It’s so much worse. I have a GAL for the girls and he has been involved for a while. I have a Attorney but she want call me back or even E-mail me, I have paid her a lot of money but I guess she has decided not to practice law any more and she has left me with nothing. Please I need help, summer is coming fast…I can get all paper work.
